Digital Archives and Databases

The DHL is happy to announce its first open workshop for the year, “Digital Archives and Databases”. Scheduled for Thursday, October 5th at 4 p.m. in PMH 569, this workshop will provide an overview of the opportunities and challenges of using online primary source collections and introduce folks to some major databases.
Whether you’re looking for sources for your own project, seeking out new online collections for a class, or just trying to better understand the work that our colleagues in the archives are doing to digitize sources and, this workshop is for you! We’ll save time at the end for folks to sleuth out new collections or share their go-to sites with their colleagues.
As always, we’ll have snacks.
