Hello Everyone!
We hope everyone’s semester got off to a great start and everyone is staying safe and healthy. The DHL is excited to start another year full of interesting programming, podcast episodes, and digital support. For our first newsletter of the year, we wanted to highlight a few resources and upcoming events that might be of interest:
1. Our new podcast, The Cutting Room Floor, is still looking for people interested in contributing an episode. We have 2 new episodes in the works, and are looking for more! 2. In case you missed it, the UNC Library Research Hub will be running a few tutorials on digital tools and platforms, mostly on Zoom. If you want to look at the upcoming schedule and sign up, please go here.
3. The National Council on Public History has a blog with updates about interesting and new digital projects and resources. You can check out the blog here. If you are on the job market, the NCPH also has job postings in both public and digital history.
